  • Irrigate immediately after sowing followed by life irrigation at 5-7 days after sowing
  • Critical stages of irrigation:
  • One at pre-flowering stage (25 DAS)
  • One at peak flowering stage (35-45 DAS)
  • One or two irrigations at pod setting stage

Note:

  • To obtain good seed filling irrigation must be stopped at 65 DAS
