• Reduction in size of leaves
• Shortened petioles
• Excessive growth of branches general stunting of plants

Identification of pest:

• Adult: Small light brown leaf hopper

Management:

• Remove infected plants and destroy them
• Before transplantation dip the seedlings in STD solution (control insect vectors)
